Superhero

Edmund Dulac. Abysm of Time, n.d. WikiArt.

Shells, oysters,
stones, pink jelly fish,
steamy air,
gnawing wind,
abyss divides us, in trance
we’re folding our wings.

Power pose
defines body’s tongue:
‘who you are’
dynamics,
climax shapes; make yourself big:
spread out or fake!

  11. In this way, we are all super hero's: super-sized, spread out or fake! I love that "in trance / we're folding our wings."

  21. Always be confident in who you are ;) I also like how you pick up the details of the painting besides the woman. Well done.

Being mute could serve a few purposes. To ward off advances. But I like your point that being mute could be tragic as well. I was thinking in lines of some artists who like to take advantage of their models (even if they, the painter is, married.) And then should the wife (or partner) remain mute to the 'genius' ?
