rain

in every touch
a streaming conscience
awakening

hidden crossroads
under the water’s
magnifying glass

compromises…
am I still on the right path?
washed away

summer solstice

summer solstice
daydreaming in your arms
mountain river

over the hill
the longest sigh
2 small rocky stacks

golden rays
polish the cliffs
the bald eagle-guard

summer solstice
over the hill
golden rays

Music of the Andes

La Lluvia

your feet are wet

down to the valley
 flute sounds mingle

a tale

in abyss
I flew…a sigh…water-
fall, I’m trying recall
the valley, sunlight
drifted in slits
musical beats
as patches,
the singer’s hand
frivolously touching strings,
the tale of not return,
the sound of
angel wings…

...from the place invented within...

Sheening thought streaked across her forehead
beamed each item on the long-long ‘to-do’ string list.
She looked around, still ‘from the place invented within’…

life is the game
it’s simple
enjoy

bare branches

bare branches
a painting against the blue sky
leaves under my feet

bare branches
after long winter
a crow builds a nest

a painting against the blue sky
celestial canvas
keeps light

leaves under my feet
the last fall memory
lawn mower song

chirping

remembering path...

When trying
bleeding your path
left goes first,
right remembering
vulnerability…
persisting to face
for how long?
until pain overcome
releasing it
moaning loud

the neighbors' sigh
in turmoil
what she’s up to
kids keep playing
a cacophony of ‘I am’
tongue touches
the top palate
thoughts disappear
who knew it’s
silence inside

white noise,
vacuum,
mentality spikes
and ready for
alienation
to clear the soul
eternity river
returning back to a body
it’s cold, it’s odd, it’s cracked,
the holes sigh
mistrustfully…
hey, you, what the
light you brought,
we burnt it
yesterday…

The mark of spring

Late chirping call able to startle
the rinse of weary sunset
mingling with clouds
filtering the charm
offered by sky artist...

Dark-eyed Junco,
the family of sparrows,
on the thin limbs
announces its departure,
tries the last bit of grass seed,
and disappears…

Spring has come.

Opportunity

Stray, it was trying to hide in a hollow of the tree.
But only for a moment.
Agitated magpie aimed with a half-rusty spoon in its mouth turned the refuge for lonely wanderer into farce.

Vagabond wind
at the night shelter
gone begging

3 bottles of champagne

The doctor. White solitude. Who knew: inside – a poet & artist.
“No emotions”, - she says while noticing 3 bones-models, colored as a bikini, on the shelf. –“Do you know what I see? “– doc turns, then grinning back in her wetted eyes…

3 bottles of champagne
ready to explode
trapped emotions

Life fragments
scattered in pain
through the chambers
heart purifying love
a ripple: is that a risk or a chance?

Retrograde

eyes move
lightheaded
the pressure on
who said:
be prepared
when retrograde
Mercury- friend
come as a refrain
to remind
the old,
thought gone,
from the past
phenomena
recurring, did
they pass? no,
they – in the dream
watching you
chop the new
discovered
perspective
contrary to ream
piled on
the shelves, closets
filled in eve
the spreads
they talk of lessons:
where did you
give your power
away?
loosen the chain…
spring…
freeway…

clouds

Clouds...
I see there a train -
wagon by wagon
refueling
ordnance in
innocent arms...
a bolt from the blue... -
a burst!
and muted silence...
a menace built-up
in the sky...

Earth moves

Who cut the ground
under my feet
the earth moves
the pillars of truth
rearranged…

my old friends
hold hands apart
who’s wrong with me
eyes look within
the strangers…

collecting the thoughts
the purpose they seek
by a foot of the hill
meeting the souls
descending…
