   Engine
      lulled before
         stopped.
            Dead flies.
              Iron Gate.


          * * *

Pale twilight. Ruined castle.
The selfish Giant
Garden is here.
         

         * * *

Dustfinger whispered.
Greedy to books
Poor church mouse
Aunt Elinor.

    of what is happening but i can fill in the rest...

  10. I created 3 stories in my head.
    The 2nd one was familiar as I have read the Selfish Giant story in which he blocks children from his garden & the garden loses its life. It revives after he allows kids!
