Vernalagnia

~ Mindlovemisery's Menagerie~

Blueprints warn,
tucked into chapeau hat.
Clue, ideas’ puree
feather/string adorned.

Flow through heart -
tongues blocked/burned –
wild dream,
walking trim
earthy flower art.

Stolen end,
torture bitter tears,
worries-fears -
step in clay to mend.

Passed in sleep,
am I at beginning
trust-weaving
with my eyes unzipped?

by Brenda Warren

Vernalagnia is the romantic mood heralded by spring. Flowers in bloom, the opening of the chrysalis, reproduction cycles, sunshine and downpour, renewal.

  12. Humbird,

So anxious for spring to arrive, I think we can panic and almost have sleepless nights, waiting and longing for its arrival...Hopefully our desires are here..Spring is slowly arriving here in UK..
