Layers
unopened
blue prints…
Your waves
brought me
a foam,
nothing
in particular,
mute,
but awesome
in colors…
Is it possible
in multifaceted,
multicolored,
multidimensional,
multitasking
galore
to discover
the one?...
Roly-poly, blubbery
clean to the core,
not too blurred
character traits,
worthy to aim for…

ReplyDeleteWell penned..!

Some people do only bring an insubstantial foam into our lives as they rush in, don't they?
ReplyDeleteI love the lines in this.
ReplyDeleteYes, I believe it is possible. Follow the waves that even hint at the possible. Lovely!
ReplyDeleteSome fun sounds in that last stanza, in particular. :) Fun to read aloud.
ReplyDeletea multi life can sure leads to multiple fun
ReplyDeleteSome cool word choices here......
ReplyDeleteIt is possible yes, but unlikely as attraction is not usually based on reason but impulse and irrational desire!
ReplyDeleteA very different impression of waves...Those of an artistic eye and nature..Much appreciated variation..

ReplyDeleteworks for house plans - so who knows, maybe.
I wouldn't sneeze at awesome in colours... most are not awesome in anything and if you find clean to the core, that's even better. Both are rare:)
ReplyDeleteYes, I do believe it is possible to discover one!
ReplyDeletelove the possibilities in the layers and that 'clean to the core' character trait...may be both worthy to aim for...

the one?..." yes..I think, it's possible!! :)
I like. The energy of drawing out so much in words..
ReplyDeleteWell, I think it's possible to find "the one", but s/he may not have all the best layers, some may be frayed. Love will excuse those.
ReplyDeleteVery nice transition, in words, between the two images.
ReplyDeleteNow that is very special! Loved it.

That last verse is magical...like being swept away in that painting...waves are like petals...opening up what's inside - clever and beautiful humbird xo
ReplyDeleteGreat poem.
ReplyDeleteThe visuals work so well with you poem. I feel that I am drawn into the first than spiralled out with the second. Riding the waves is glorious!
