First snow - such a magical and almost holy event. I too deeply love the first snow. Wish I had a $1 for every poem I've written about the first snow, I'd probably have $43. but these are a wonderful set - hard to choose which I like best.
That first snowstorm can be a bit magical. I like the image of the wind stumbling in the snow as it blows about. We have not had any yet and I for one am happy about that as I don't like to drive on the roads during winter.
As long as I don't have to drive in it, it is okay, i suppose lol

ReplyDelete"The wind stumbling in the snow" my favorite image:) Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThese are all lovely. Though the third one really spoke to me. In the majesty of nature, I think, there is often a bit a "stumble" to be had.
ReplyDeleteTrudging through the snow is charming on Christmas cards but I am happy it is summer down under.
ReplyDeleteLove the last one...such an excellent image.
