'Back to earth' by Catrin Welz-Stein
The feather hovers above my path.
It soars amongst clouds of winter
scores,
songs and scriptures;
and if I stretch the arms -
I tap into soft safe nest of love
and wisdom;
set by fleeting caprice of child,
inner conflict between earth and sky,
solved yet yield to grounding shell,
adjourned feathered wing.
Set by fleeting caprice of child and solved yet yield to grounding shell, adjourned feathered wing.......... creates such a vivid image with this!
ReplyDeleteA tapping into wisdom few really do as the shell grows away
ReplyDeleteto fly or stay grounded...too bad there is not an inbetween, you know...
ReplyDeletei would love to fly like a bird...but you know you must always come down...
