Art by Danny Gregory
Keep the morning tea
warm,
all the rest remnant
pieces
throw away to the ants’
joy.
I remember sea storm,
late breakfast
as if last one,
coy.
Mix for new friend
a cocktail,
fashioned swimsuit –
worn,
set the fruit & fish
table,
yet, keep a tea
warm.
Let a wind
to chase a
seagull,
blow the hat
and news…
Sudden,
my appearance
tricks you –
warm tea spilling
blues.
