First Massive Solar Flare of 2015 ~ NASA image
Another old pain/ball/clot burst! -
the pattern
lulled back
tucked right
morphing
in modest
un-birthday present
of night -
genuine,
while you slip –
nightly swan,
wings wide open –
in
a prophetic dream,
distracted
by wizard wand
of dawn…

Oh this flows so beautifully....terrific imagery!
ReplyDeletea bursting dream!
ReplyDeleteI fear the clot is on or in the body or eye and not the sun or star or planet in a modest night (cool image). If only the swan would stay and not slip away like Eros come dawn. What an unbirthday that would be. But it couldn't be this beautiful, could it? Love.
ReplyDeletecould be a dream. could be a nightmare. either way, it's magical
ReplyDeleteouch...clots can be a bit scary...
ReplyDeletethe unbirthday present from alice...ha...that brought back some fun memories...
I like un-birthday presents like this. How lovely that you wrote about it.
ReplyDeleteClots anywhere can sure make one swear. An unbirthday present would be fun
ReplyDeleteHow welcome dawn is after a horror night.
ReplyDeleteThe "clot" gave me pause, but how welcome in the end!
ReplyDeleteOne can expect lots of unexpected and can be most unsettling. Nights can be frightening! Nice lines humbird!

This has a surreal effect ~ Love this part:
ReplyDeleteprophetic dream,
distracted
by wizard wand
of dawn…
Have a good day ~
The "wizard wand of dawn" part was a nice little addition to this wonderful piece about the birthing of the universe and our solar system.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like a trying night...may the next dreams be peaceful..and the next night magical
ReplyDeleteOld and new every time..
ReplyDeleteA prophetic dream, so well said.
