Unfolding creativity, changing life
Healing rain to wash all away, be nice any old day
the last two lines are so hopeful - this is beautiful
What a wonderful glimpse into your house of three.. it feels both fragile and precious..and i hope the stars and the rain heal xo
Your words are so precious to me....thank you...
I love the image of healing rain ❤
We do need both the healing rain and the stars... great opposites.
Oh this is lovely, Humbird!
Glimpses that expand in memories.. Enjoyed
I feel the slightest hint of sadness in this piece of poetry. I did enjoy reading this.
Finding what one needs is always a blessing, especially in a home with a family that knows to wait together for life's healing rain...
You have really set the scene well, Humbird. I can see the view.
stars wrapped in the earthy wounds... so beautiful...
"Hermit’s light / found its need" it does sometimes...beautifully done...
Beautiful picture and verse.
It is always good to have a personal visit from the moon at night peeking through the window to say "Hi!"
soooo poignant, love this ....... stars wrapped in the earthy woundswait for healing rain
Thank you so much for thoughtful comments!
Powerful personification. As a hermit myself, I appreciate the identification with the moon--always an outsider looking in (or aloof and not peeking at all).
We desert dwellers are always waiting for healing rain. Sometimes the wait seems interminable.
There is so much expectations in the healing rain. One puts hopes on many little things in real life.Hank
This is a lovely articulation of a house that waits for adversity or troubles to heal or pass ... as we all must.
